Commercial photography fees and expenses

Understanding the needs of small businesses, I have adapted pricing and usage terms to accomodate. My basic fee for a day of commercial photography is $1800. The images I produce for my clients are used in local print media and mailings as well as on their repective websites. Any expanded usage or sale of images is negotiable.

A day usually consists of one half to a full day of preparation, a shoot day and a follow up day where film is processed, edited and delivered.  An initial meeting to discus the project is included in the fee. Additional expenses of film, processing, Polaroid and extra materials costs or equipment rental can add anywhere from $150 to several hundred dollars. On more challenging projects I will hire a photo assistant at additional costs.

Scanning, printing and digital image processing are charged at $50 per hour plus materials, print media, cd's.

Estimates can be provided for specific projects upon request.
